I took JMan’s Accredited Buyer’s Representation Course. He was awesome, tons of energy and positivity. He’s not the instructor reading from a textbook — he uses real-life examples from his experience in the business. Very down to earth and personable. I would definitely take another class that he is teaching again!

Jeremias is the real deal. If you need to understand the millennial mindset TODAY, you need to sit down with Jeremias or attend one of his workshops. What a great speaker — JMan spoke at 2019 Realtor Summit in Minneapolis — he really normalized the struggle of video and was very encouraging to be ourselves. He gave great tips, showed examples and encouraged us to just do it. I appreciated his energy.
