What do I actually do?
I help real estate agents, brokerages and associations use AI without losing the part of this business that made them good at it in the first place. That means keynotes, hands-on working sessions and event emceeing, delivered nationally, mostly for REALTOR associations, brokerage leadership teams, and conference audiences who have already sat through one disappointing AI talk and are not eager for another.
I am also still in the business. I have been a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since 2008, and I work with the Maneiro Team at REMAX Realty Group. That matters more than it sounds like it should. When somebody asks whether AI can write a listing description that does not sound like a robot, I am answering as someone who has had to write one and then put his own name on it.
The career totals are on my about page: more than 50,000 professionals, 600+ sessions a year, 20+ years in the business. Here is a number I like better, because somebody else measured it. At the 2026 Florida Realtors Convention, 410 people came through my session and 190 of them were still in the room past the 45 minute mark, at a trade show where walking out is free and nobody would have noticed. The convention scored the session 98.88%, and on whether the speaker knew the subject and came prepared, all 20 evaluations said strongly agree.
In the first AI-Cademy Bootcamp cohort, every graduate rated it 10 out of 10. What they wrote afterward was not enthusiasm about AI. It was a broker-owner telling her colleagues to run, not walk. It was an agent who stopped spending her evenings behind a computer after her kids went to bed. That is the actual goal here. Not that you find AI impressive. That you get your Tuesday night back.
