I have been a REMAX agent since 2008. I know the model, the culture, and the daily grind, because I live it. So when I build AI strategy for a REMAX office, it fits how REMAX actually works, not how a slide deck wishes it worked.
In 2026 I took that message to the biggest stage in the network, speaking on AI at R4, the REMAX convention. Then I brought it home. And the demand is real, not just polite interest. One REMAX broker recently bought multiple seats for her agents so her whole team could go through it together. When a broker spends her own money to put her people in the room, that tells you the training actually moves the needle.
