Me, Myself & AI | Educate with Artificial Intelligence
It doesn't sound like a robot. It sounds like a stranger. This is where you introduce yourself.
You just watched a room full of licensed professionals write the exact same social post. Nobody here is bad at AI. You were a stranger to it, and it was a stranger to you.
Fill in the four blocks below. Then hit Copy my Me File and paste it into the top of your AI tool before you ask it for anything. That's the whole trick.
Heads up: nothing here is saved automatically. Copy or download your file before you close this tab.
Not a bio. The facts a brand new assistant would need on day one. Market, years in the business, brokerage, designations, and the one thing you're actually known for.
Describe them the way you'd describe them to a friend, not the way it reads on your website. First-timers, move-up sellers, downsizers, investors, relocation. Price range. Neighborhoods.
Short sentences or long. Funny or straight. Do you use contractions. Are you warm or are you direct. Then paste in three things you actually wrote that sounded like you. A caption, an email, even a text.
The block almost nobody writes, and the one that does the most work. Your voice isn't only what you say. It's what you'd never be caught saying. Edit the starters below and add your own.
Copy it, then paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever you use — before you ask for anything.
Most tools let you save this permanently — a project, a custom instruction, a saved memory, a knowledge file. Do that once and you never paste it again.
The Me File is the employee. RCSF is the order you give them. When the output is bad, one of these four is missing.
| Role | Tell it who to be. "You are a listing copywriter who has sold in this market for twenty years." |
|---|---|
| Context | Give it the situation. "Three bedroom craftsman, original woodwork, needs a kitchen, move-up buyers." |
| Specificity | Define the exact output. "150 words, no clichés, lead with the woodwork, don't mention the kitchen." |
| Format | Say how to hand it over. "Give it to me as an MLS description plus three social captions." |
Five things to check on anything AI touched, every time. Ninety seconds, and it protects the only license you have.
