I can’t log in.
First, make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. Still no luck? Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen and we’ll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up in a couple of minutes.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.
Where is my course?
Log in and go to your Academy page. Everything you own is at the top under My courses. Click it and you’re in.
Why is the next week locked?
Each week unlocks seven days after the one before it, so everyone moves together and nobody gets overwhelmed. Finish the current week, including the homework, and you’ll be ready when the next one opens.
How do I submit my homework?
Open that week’s Homework lesson, scroll down, and upload your file. Screenshots, PDFs and Word docs all work. Once I’ve reviewed it, you’re good to keep going.
How do I cancel?
The Bootcamp is a one-time payment, so there’s nothing to cancel. If you’re on a monthly membership, email JMan@JManAI.com and we’ll take care of it right away.
